Private Events 

Now accepting inquiries for 2025! All weekday and weekend dates for fall and winter 2024 are fully booked. See event information below and complete the form at the bottom of the page. We will reply within 48 hours. 

 

Event Types & Dates

The farm offers a relaxed, casual space for social and corporate gatherings. Events may occur during business hours 7 days a week from 8 am - 6 pm from late April through mid - November. Blackout dates may apply. We are not able to accommodate weddings at this time.

The Battis Room

Pricing: Monday - Friday: $550; Saturday - Sunday - $875

This farmhouse inspired private space offers a modern, weather-proof option excellent for bridal showers, baby showers, birthday parties, anniversary parties, graduation parties and corporate events. Space includes:​

  • 75 contemporary metal chairs

  • 10 each 60' round tables

  • 2 each 6' or 8' folding tables

  • 15' countertop for food/drinks

  • A/C & heat 

  • garbage barrels

  • private access

  • cleaning service

  • single indoor bathroom

  • day-of event greeter 

  • welcome signage

  • ADA accessibility

  • 3 hour use plus 90 minute set-up time on day of event

  • max capacity 75 people

Semi-Private Outdoor Courtyard with Tent

Pricing: Monday - Sunday $350 

Located to the right of the farm store in a garden setting, this option is excellent for children and adult birthday parties, corporate outings and fundraisers. Space is not available during peak apple picking season. Space includes:​

  • 30 person tent

  • 4 picnic tables

  • 8 contemporary metal chairs

  • 1 each 6' folding table for food

  • garbage barrels

  • day-of event greeter 

  • welcome signage

  • ADA accessibility

  • 3 hour use plus 45 minute set up time on day of event​

Main Lawn & Picnic Tent

Pricing: Monday - Sunday - FREE 

Take advantage of the farm setting without a formal package. This is the most popular choice and perfect for children's birthday parties and gatherings. Simply grab 1-2 picnic tables for up to 1 hr from 8 am - 6 pm. We do not reserve tables but the entire farm community is gracious and make space for one another. This option offers:

 

  • cost-effective for all

  • convenient access to orchards, cider bar, barnyard and play area

  • option to reserve group containers for blueberry picking (summer) and apple picking (fall)

  • option to pre-order donuts ahead for pick-up in the Farm Store ​

  • ADA accessibility

  • 1 hour picnic table use ​

  • no booking or cancellation policy

Approved Catering Services

Bring your own food or select from our approved caterers. Non-approved caterers are not permitted. Select from:

  • 5 Daughters - Known for their classic, homemade dishes with a casual drop-off and set up service. 

  • Kitchen to Aisle - Best known for customizable, seasonal menus with full service capabilities.

  • American BBQ - Farm-friendly, BBQ packages with full and drop-off service options available.

  • The China Grove - Known for vintage and modern tablescape design, China Grove offers personalized dishware, glassware, flatware, linen rentals.

Once you book a date with us, let your caterer know date and time. Outside food is welcome but per our liquor license, outside alcohol prohibited. We are able to offer private hard cider bar options for private events in the indoor space and semi-private courtyard. Our outdoor hard cider bar is open 11 am - 4 pm Saturday and 12 - 4 pm on Sundays.
