Free! Family Yoga with Relief Parenting - July

In this engaging and interactive 45 minute class, Krista Maltais, Childlight Yoga Certified Instructor and owner of Relief Parenting Resource and Respite Center in Hampton, NH will Introduce the concepts of yoga to little ones through play! Though class is geared towards ages 3-6, all are welcome! Children will learn body awareness, improve social-emotional skills, increase their attention span, and engage with their caregivers through songs, games and stories that appeal to young children's active imaginations. This class is designed to have fun! Please bring a bottle of water and a yoga mat or blanket/towel.

Location: Class will be held across the street from the Farm Store on the grass between Strawberry Patch 1 and Blueberry Field 1 unless it's raining. You can see it from the Main Parking Lot! If it rains, class will be held under the picnic tent.

We offer free parking, on-site childcare, professional practitioners, educational classes, exercise groups, as well as work room sessions and respite rooms to ensure parents have access to comprehensive care.
